 Job Overview To prepare executive talents for the  future. A hands-on approach is used to coach and train qualified young talent to take on a leadership role within the company.
 As a Management Trainee within the next 18-24 months, the program will
 deliver to the selected candidate as follows:
  • Individual choice of program components, functional focus
  • according to personal interests/abilities.
  • Four to six assignments in diverse functions and locations – including
  • one in a different country.
  • Integrative work concept: project assignments combined with day-to-day business.
  • Agreement on goals prior to assignments, feedback on their
  • conclusion.
  • Personal mentor and support from members of senior management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
 1)  Assisting HR Country Lead in setting up HR functions in the countries
 with different legal entities.
 2)  Take care of special projects and new set ups, new initiatives and IT
 projects.
 3)  Assistance in Improvement and Establishment of personnel processes.
 4)  Supporting implementation and coordination of Talent Relationship
 Management programs.
 5)  Coordinate and collate reporting for the country.
 6)  Handle other tasks as assigned by the HR Country Lead
 REQUIREMENTS
 Attributes 
 a)  Leadership potential and an entrepreneurial mind.
 b)  Initiative and a high level of commitment.
 Skills
 a)  Good spoken and written English
 b)  Intercultural skill
 Knowledge
 a)  Master degree in applied business administration / management /
 human resource; postgraduate studies welcome but not essential.
 b)  Excellent academic achievements (GPA > 4.8/5.0 for bachelor’s degree).
 c)  Initial practical experience in HR but must not exceed 5 years working
 experience.
 d)  At least 3 months international experience, for example international
 internship or overseas studies covering three (3) consecutive months.
